Sex and Salman sell: Neha Dhupia

We know that sex sells, and SRK does too. And one Bollywood beauty had rightly said, "Only sex and SRK sell." Yes, we're talking about Neha Dhupia, and if you can't remember her line-up of movies, it's not your fault.

But her quotable quote went down in history, and now it's repeating itself, albeit with a big change. While chatting with zoOm about her unforgettable statement, she made a little amendment to it, by replacing one Khan with the other. "Nowadays, sex and Salman sell," she said, breaking into peals of giggles. Quite a dabangg statement that one is. What say, dearies?

Salman Khan’s new girlfriend is ‘Iulia Vantur’!

After break-up with Katrina Kaif, Salman Khan has found new girlfriend, according to a Romanian magazine.

The magazine has linked up Bollywood's latest 'Bodyguard' with a local TV presenter, Iulia Vantur.

According to the report, Iulia met Bollywood's most 'Wanted' bachelor during her trip to India last year. Her meeting with Sallu bhai was arranged by a producer friend.

Magazine further said, Iulia was dating her ex-boyfriend Marius Moga when she met Salman first time. But she once again visited India this year after break-up with Moga. Salman helped Iulia a lot to recover from the break and duo came close to each other.

At present, Iulia and Salman are in touch vial phone and IM and the Romanian TV anchor has adopted several changes in her daily routine. Now she is focusing on Indian lifestyle to impress Salman, the magazine said.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan is busy in shooting of her next film with Katrina Kaif in Dublin.

Iulia has also been planning to visit India after Salman returns India.

Salman Khan: I’m a great fan of Rajinikanth

Now the latest buzz about Rajinikanth is his bio-picture. Recently in one press meet Atul Kulkarni has mentioned recently that he is going to make a film based on the life of Rajnikanth and that Salman Khan will don Rajni’s role.

But Rajnikanth’s fans and other actors have objected to this. They had mentioned that Rajnikanth is an era and nobody will accept if anyone dons his role. On the other side Rajnikanth’s family members said that they will not permit this.

Rajnikanth’s younger daughter has mentioned that, "We are not willing to make a film on my father and moreover nobody has approached us regarding this."

While asking about this Bio-picture, Salman  Khan says that, “I am not acting in the bio-picture of Rajnikanth. I am doubtful whether his fans will accept this. I don’t want to earn the animosity of them. Apart from this I am an ardent fan of Rajnikanth. I don’t want to become Rajnikanth. In Indian cinema, there is only one Rajnikanth and one Salman Khan."

I pray Ra.One is a bigger hit than Bodyguard: Salman Khan

Salman's surgery was a success, but his health continues to be a subject of worry. He talks to Mumbai Mirror at 1.30 am on Saturday about his aneurysm, next visit to US for treatment and the future
Sohail and Arbaaz have left and Arpita is on her way to joinSalman Khan as he convalesces at a friend's home in New Yorkafter being discharged from hospital. It's the first time he's missed being home for both Eid and Ganapati. Though he won't admit it in as many words, it's one of the rare times in his life he's feeling lonely and left out.

"There's not much to do here but I have to rest at least a week more before I head to London for a few days to chill out before heading to Dublin to shoot for Ek Tha Tiger. Then straight to apni Mumbai, apna Bandra," said Salman, his spirits suddenly lifting at the thought of being back home soon.
While the operation for the nerve problem has been a success, it's not as if he's fit enough to do somersaults right away. "It will take time and management. The medical thing is a little more complicated than we initially assumed. The doctors have detected an aneurysm, so I might have to be back for another procedure around January," revealed the actor.
Talking about his health, Salman continued, "A successful operation does not mean I will be fit to do just about anything yet. Thoda time lagega. I have to take it slow now. I have to take care of my health."
A little unhappy with all the attention his US visit drew back home, Salman said, "They made it sound like I was never going to return home. Main vapas aaonga. I will be back soon."
Meanwhile, the success of Bodyguard in India as well as in the overseas market is surely helping him keep his mind off the physical problems. But Salman is baffled with the way some people seem to be taking potshots at it. "I've been hearing that people have said they don't like it, it's not that good a film. But it's doing well and that's what counts. I can't understand who these people are.
They seem interested in wishing a film bad luck. I just wish everyone's film did well because the lives of so many people depend on each film. People keep asking me about Shah Rukh and all I can say is that I pray that Ra.One is an even bigger hit than my film."
Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan who had a fallout with Salman in 2008, in a recent interview seemed to return the Bodyguard actor's sentiments. SRK wished Salman speedy recovery and also said that he along with the entire industry will take care of Bodyguard and Salman need not worry about the same.
Probably it is age or his health, but Salman sounded philosophical while talking about his future plans. "I want to concentrate on Being Human now. On December 27, my birthday, we are launching the brand internationally.
The collections can mend lives of many underprivileged kids. That is the kind of work I want to do now. I want to heal people," said the actor. They made it sound like I was never going to return. Main vapas aaonga

Salman in No mood for Peace with Srk

No matter how hard actor Shah Rukh Khan tries, actor Salman Khan seems to be in no mood to smoke the peace pipe with him. In a recent interaction, Shah Rukh said that he wants to wish a speedy recovery to Salman who was about to go through a surgery at that point of time.
Salman who had just been to London for the screening of Katrina Kaif's last film, indicated that he is in no mood to accept the olive branch being extended from Shah Rukh.
"I travel to different places and meet a lot of people. Let these people pray for themselves," he said in reply to a specific question about Shah Rukh's prayers for him. Salman had ignored the first few questions about Shah Rukh initially as well.
Understandably, SRK had previously said that he wishes Salman Khan a speedy recovery. "If anybody is unwell we all feel sad about it. I wish him (Salman) a speedy recovery and all the best in life. Because everyone misses him... it is very sad when you fall ill," Shah Rukh had said, adding later, "I have undergone several surgeries and I think it is very important, when our bodies get injured or hurt, that they get cured soon.
It is not nice when you lead an actor's life. I wish for a healthy life not only on this auspicious occasion of Eid, but everyday. I don't want people to have difficulties in life."

Salman Khan is a pillar of support: Katrina Kaif

I knew no one in Bollywood when I started my career. I was an established model but was finding my foot in the film industry.
I was a fresher when I met Salman but he saw a potential and encouraged me in many ways. Salman Khan has supported me right from the beginning of my career and is one of my closest friends till date.
He has taught me the nuances of acting and he was the one who gave me an insight into this industry – how it works and the nitty gritties of it.
However, he has never interfered with my decisions, he has never instructed me about not doing a movie or to sign for a particular project.
It is totally false that he asked me not to work with certain actors. I have a chosen a career that requires me to be in the spotlight all the time.
People keep writing about my personal life and so-called on-and- off relationship with Salman, but it doesn’t bother me anymore as it’s a part and parcel of the entertainment industry. About my relationship status, I am single and Salman is a great friend.

Salman is the biggest: John Abraham

Actor John Abraham seems to have buried his differences with actor Salman Khan, with whom he had a falling out in 2006. On a recent visit to Delhi, Abraham wished Salman a speedy recovery after his nerve surgery in the US. “I wish Salman the best for his health. He is the biggest star in
the industry and I hope to see him back in action soon. He is undoubtedly the one behind the success of his movies,” said Abraham.
The differences between the two actors started during an international tour in 2006, when over some financial dispute, Salman had severed ties with John. Even when the two later worked together in Baabul, the cold vibes did not go unnoticed.
Unlike ex-girlfriend Bipasha, who is being linked with her co-stars, John says he is not looking for love, post the couple’s break up after a nine-year relationship.
“I am single but not ready to mingle. I am happy with myself and enjoying my singlehood. I am not here to have great time with women and I don’t want to be in a frivolous relationship.
I want to spend time with my family. They need me and I too, need them the most,” says the actor while he launched the Van Heusen flagship store in Vasant Kunj’s Ambience Mall.

Salman is number one: Aamir Khan

n Bollywood, every actor tries his best to reach the top of the ladder and become number one, but according to Aamir Khan, who himself is credited with blockbuster hits like "Ghajini" and "3 Idiots", Salman Khan is presently the number one box office star. "According to me Salman is
ahead of me. In the manner in which his film 'Bodyguard' has got an opening, it has broken all records and today according to me, if there is anyone who is the number one box office star, then that is Salman," said Aamir.
"He has proved with this film that he is ahead of all of us. I am very happy that his film is doing well. My good wishes are with him," Aamir told reporters here at the music launch of the film "Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster"," he added.
"Few days back I even had a chat with him on phone because he is in America. I'm glad that his health is also much better now. Infact I was the one who gave him the good news of the massive opening box collections of 'Bodyguard'," said Amir.
"I had texted his sister Alvira and I had told her that when Salman comes out of his surgery then show him my text first. I wanted to be the first one to give him this great news," he added.
When asked from the 46-year-old actor that since he shares such a great camaraderie with Salman, would he like to work with him again in a film, Aamir responded with a yes.
"I would love to work with Salman. We have a great tuning so if we work together, it will be great fun. But till the time we don't get a good script, a script that excites both of us, we can't work together," said Aamir, who has shared screen space with Salman in the past in the film "Andaz Apna Apna".

Angela Johnson to get cozy with Salman Khan

Calendar girl Angela Johnson who came into public eye thanks to an alleged romance with Ranbir Kapoor, is now being given a chance to romance Salman Khan in a Bollywood movie.

If talks are to be believed, Sohail Khan is keen to launch the hot model in his home production titled 'Sher Khan'.

Said to be an adventure film, Sohail Khan was looking at launching a new face in the film and is seriously considering Angela for the role.

Angela Johnson, who made quite a splash with the Kingfisher calendar, was also being considered to be cast opposite Aamir Khan for 'Dhoom 3'. However, things didn't work out. Now, it's Salman the girl may be romancing in her debut movie, if all things go well.

We wonder how Katrina Kaif feels about this considering the fact that Angela Johnson is known to have caused a split between her and Ranbir Kapoor. And with her now romancing Salman Khan on screen, Katrina is surely being rubbed the wrong way!
